MAGNUS WHITELOCK
Home Planet: Scintilla (Schola Progenium)
Hailing from Hive Tarsus on Scintilla, Magnus was born to a group of two Guardsmen off to fight a distant war near the Eye of Terror. They decided to put him into the Schola, to give him a better shot at life then being raised near, if not in the Eye of Terror. Upon graduation of the Schola Progenium, he was inducted into the Adeptus Arbites for further training to become an Arbitrator. His initial years were posted at Scintilla, where he stumbled upon a case of apparently random killings. Before any more work could be done, he was whisked away to a stationing at 41 Pry. Bit by bit, frustration took him, as he could not do anything to the criminals and xenos that walked freely there. Upon a card-game, he won a prize that got the words he needed to hear. He was told to follow up on a lead that would help him find his missing case partner. What ended up happening instead, was stumbling upon a group of Inquisitorial agents, and eventually being brought into the Inquisition itself. From his experiences there, it has lead him to be much more hardened, and there must be wonders of where his charming left him and got filled with so much hate…
